Barack Obama’s Radical Pro-Choice Views
I read another blog post that said that Barack Obama seemed to be sympathetic to the pro-life cause. The blogger even said that, if he amends his views just a little and becomes president, we might see the first pro-life Democratic president.
That’s ridiculous. Obama has very radical pro-choice views and is in no way pro-life. He might talk about pro-life sentiments in a positive light when he thinks it can help him politically, but his words don’t hide his actions.
Barack Obama has a 0% voting record with National Right to Life and a 100% voting record with NARAL Pro-Choice America. You can’t be more ideological extreme on an issue than that!
While a senator in the Illinois state senate, Obama voted against the “Born Alive Infant Protection Act.” This law would have protected children that were born alive during an abortion, affording them the same rights as a premature infant. Even staunch pro-choicers couldn’t disagree with that logic, but Barack Obama wouldn’t even protect these babies that had been born.
Let’s face it. Whether you’re for or against Obama, he is NOT pro-life in any sense of the word. He never was, and he never will be.
